• Families can enter the lottery on our website between October 12–26, selecting up to three preferred sessions. After the lottery closes, campers are assigned to sessions by random drawing.

• If your child is selected, you'll be contacted no later than November 15 with program placement details.

• If not selected, your child will be automatically added to our priority waitlist.

When entering the lottery, your child will be placed in a middle school or high school category automatically based on birthdate. See “How Placement Works” for more details.

Families who did not participate in the lottery may join the waitlist from our website.

We offer spots from the waitlist if:

• A camper cancels

• A session still has openings after the lottery

• If a spot opens for your child, we’ll contact you by email.

  • Families on the waitlist will have 24–48 hours to accept or decline our offer, depending on how soon the session begins.

When joining the waitlist, your child will be placed in a middle school or high school category automatically based on birthdate. See “How Placement Works” for more details.

Camper placement is based on the student’s age and grade level for the Fall semester following Camp:

• Middle School

  • Grade 6 - 8

  • at least 11 years by Oct 1

• High School

  • Grade 9 - Recent Grad

  • at least 14 years by Oct 1

Our age and grade level categories align with our local school district guidelines. If your child falls outside this range, they may not be placed on your preferred waitlist. If that happens, please contact us for assistance.
