How to Register for Camp

• Families can enter the lottery on our website between October 12–26, selecting up to three preferred sessions. After the lottery closes, campers are assigned to sessions by random drawing.

• If your child is selected, you'll be contacted no later than November 15 with program placement details.

• If not selected, your child will be automatically added to our priority waitlist.

When entering the lottery, your child will be placed in a middle school or high school group automatically based on birthdate. Need to switch groups? Email us - we’re happy to help.

Families who did not participate in the lottery may join the waitlist from our website.

We offer spots from the waitlist if:

• A camper cancels

• A session still has openings after the lottery

• If a spot opens for your child, we’ll contact you by email.

  • Families on the waitlist will have 24–48 hours to accept or decline our offer, depending on how soon the session begins.

Once your child has been assigned a spot (through Lottery or Waitlist), instructions for completing the full online registration process will be emailed to you.
